Project Introduction:
Rose & the Universe is my passion project of a series of AI-generated art. 2022 is the start of AI Art that AI art tools like DALL - E2, Midjourney, and Disco Diffusion tremendously empower human's imagination and break the technique limit for people who say "I love art but I can't draw." As a person who have learned art since childhood, I am also one of those people who say thank you to AI art because it allows me to put all my energy in my imagination and don’t have to worry about how to make it come true by hand. The only thing I need to figure out is how to corporate with the AI art tool to let it produce what I want, and I'm on my way of learning it.

Rose and the Universe are such different things that people rarely mention them together. But they both represent the eternal romance.
AR Filters on Snapchat:
To add entertainment elements in this project, I made an AR filter on Lens Studio which can be used in Snapchat. The face filter has a beauty effect. To enhance the user experience and let my users be more engaged in to this filter, I created an interaction by JavaScript — the users can click on the background image and the image will switch to the next one. The following is the demo of this AR filter.

Reflection
The difficulties: I never make an AI prompt art before, but the idea of prompt art was so attracting to me because I love to see the power of combining art and technology. So, I downloaded the Discord and started my testing on Midjourney.
Main Takeaway: Never be afraid of what I don't know. Just try it, learn it, and try more of it.
What I would do differently: This is an ongoing project that I'm still developing on. But I will explore more possibilities in the variety of the prompt I input, and try to define more art details via my prompts.
